Such a great place to skate. Staff are amazing and very helpful. No roaches, those pictures are not even of the bathrooms at Rollerland West. When kids fall and they have been dropped off by a parent, which means no parent is inside with them, they do ask questions of name, age parents name if they are here and what happened. No personal questions, the staff are helpful, caring and cautious when kids are injured.
I really like this rink. Especially the dark lighting and smoke machine. I like they play games, Red light Green light, Limbo, reverse skating, nice variety of music and The floors are clean!
First I will start with the manager she was very rude to all my kids. She was very stuck up for no reason at all! Secondly the medical aid staff was very disrespectful to my kids for just trying to make sure there sister was okay after falling on there very SLICK floors and hurt her wrist. And to top it off why the manger was asking my 10 year old daughter all the unnecessary personal questions about where she lives and much more! And their food is way over priced as well. And not that this was to much of an issue but for how stuck up they are the bathroom were so nasty roaches all over the walls and broken toilets! Pls save yourself the money and don’t go here!!!
Great for the kiddos. It's the only roller place that has roller guides for the children to support and hold on. It will make the roller experience unforgettable.
The medical aid is very disrespectful and hateful i tried to console my sister and he asked me if i could please not touch her arm she did not say i was hurting her not once when i first came up i went to wipe her tears as a big brother should and he retorted that I couldn’t touch her and then my other family members came over and he rudely dismissed them then said and i quote “I’m the medical aid to-da-lo get off my floor” in a sing songy manner. The manager then came over to ask questions and was very aggressive with how she asked them and was stuck up. In my opinion she was just trying to save herself. The floors are over waxed like they just want you to fall If i could rate zero starts i would. There medium drinks are no bigger than a small and cost almost the same as the large its just crazy worst customer service ever.
This is a west FW icon. It was a great place back in the 70s/80s and now it is a great place for my kids. The place has kept the same feel while keeping the facility in great shape over the decades. My kids have had and attended many bday parties and the staff has been great every time. The open skate is a fun time as well. So many great memories as a kid and now as a parent/adult with my kids.
Nice place. A lot of really good skaters here. I take my 12 year old kids here and they seem to have a great time. Staff is nice . Price is fair. Reminds me of when I was 12 . We had a skating rink as well in the small town I grew up in . Every Friday and Saturday!!
There is also Good music from the DJ Booth !!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
From customer service to the music.. management.. it was a horrible experience.. They have teenagers running everything.. The guy behind the counter handing out skates basically threw them at me along with my ticket and all Teresa (the manager) had to say was “Well sorry he did that”..definitely my first and last time going there
